Sign in bug - Does disconnecting Shopify and then reconnecting will delete history/backlog/emails
We get an annoying bug that the sig-in popup shows every few seconds.
Signing in our account to Zendesk doesn't change it. - we can also just click the cancel button.
Thinking of disconnecting or uninstalling the Shopify connection.
any ideas?

This bug has been fixed and it's recommended to disconnect and reconnect to establish a clean connection. Doing so shouldn't affect your history. If you continue to have any issues definitely let us know and we can get a better look at your account.
