More placeholders in classic chat (Web Widget)
There are very few placeholders available to be used in chat shortcuts.
Customization of messages could be better using placeholds related to the ticket, such as the Ticket ID.
In this way, we gain agility for agents, as they do not have to fill in information that is already available.

We're don't have plans to expand the categories of placeholder for Chat shortcuts in the near future; however, on Messaging tickets, we do support a wide range of placeholders that can be found here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408886858138 - this includes your requirement around ticket ID.
