End user Access to Resource Center materials without creating a Zendesk account

The Zendesk sign-in is confusing to customers/end users as it looks like they are signing into our software instead.  How do we provide access to the Resource Center without having to create another sign-in?

Hi Wendy, 

You may be able to make use of Single Sign-On (aka Remote Authentication) so that when your users sign in to your software, they're also authenticated into your Zendesk instance as end-users. There's a good introduction to that here: Options for end-user sign-in
