Do not use a default sender address for new tickets, but require the agent to select it

    Second this.

    It would be great to be able to make this mandatory - we have 3 brands within our instance and we are relying on the app selecting the correct email address based on the brand within the ticket. having this as a mandatory field would offer peace of mind that we are responding from the correct brand's email address
