Macros sorting

Right now we can edit order only on the first page of macros list. Previosly we were able to sort macroses one by one, but now that feature is gone. So how do we sort our macroses on second, third, etc pages right now? 

How can you release an update like that? You just assume that noone will have more than one page of macroses?
