Error occurs in some cases when attaching images in the Unity SDK

Hi guys,

We integrated the Zendesk SDK into our Unity project, but we've started encountering errors when trying to attach an image to a conversation. These issues occur in the following situations:

  • When using the Unity Editor
  • When trying to attach an image on a Galaxy A52 (Android 13) through Samsung Gallery
  • When the user has a weak internet connection

Could you help us resolve this issue?
 

E Curl error 3: URL rejected: Error
[ZendeskError]: Image to display is not available. Unable to open image viewer.

    Hi, this happens to our team as well. We get the same error (`Error Unity Curl error 3: URL rejected: Error`). We managed to reproduce this especially easily on the following devices:
    1. Galaxy S23 
    2. Galaxy S20 Ultra
    3. Galaxy S10 Plus

    No other errors or relevant logs were produced (we are running with `ZendeskLogger.SetEnabled(true);`).
