Thank you for taking the time to read this. I would like to have using "shared drives" with the google drive integration up for consideration.
In our company more than one person needs access to files associated with a deal throughout the lifetime of a deal. Currently, the way Zendesk is set up only allows for files to be uploaded to "My Drive" which creates some extra work arounds when there are multiple people on one file.
I suggest that allowing the google drive integration to link with shared drives would be the best use case. I'm sure many other companies have had this same issue pop up.
