Document and Image Repository / Bank
ConcluídaIt would be extremely helpful if Zendesk Guide had a document and image repository, or bank where you can reuse documents or images throughout the Guide feature (bonus if it is across brands). We often have to reupload the same document to different articles and it makes updating these complicated and very time consuming.
The repository ideally would include:
- Folder structure that can be set by Guide Admins with multiple levels available (I can see a use case for 10 levels when it comes to brands and complicated products, but ultimately it wouldn't hurt to have a few more)
- Ability to mass unpublish / remove documents or images
- Ability to mass move documents or images to other folders
- Separation of images and documents, such as a toggle to show just documents, just images, or all
- Ability to schedule publishing / unpublishing of individual files
- Ability to see where/what articles reference individual files

Thanks a lot for your feedback, I've noted it down. We are currently looking into creating an account-level image gallery that would allow you to see all the images used in the account and easily manage them. It's possible that at some point in the future we'll expand it also to other types of attachments.
