Is it possible to search something in all the notes of a dedicated contact or deal ? In our company, we have a very long history of notes for each contact and deal. When we search something with the search interface located on the top right corner of zen desk, the system can show us all the notes where the search is ok but when i click on one result, the system just open the associated contats/deal of the search without going to the dedicated note. At the end we have to read manually all the notes and go back in the past to find out by ourselve in which note the result is.  It means the search menu of zendesk is ok to seach a note between the different contact/deal but not to search a specific note inside all the history of notes of a dedicated contact/deal. Could you help us with that case ? Thank you in advance
