It would be awesome if there was the ability to make an article just a link.

Today, if you want to reference an article from another section of the Guide or just route someone to a third party you have to create an article and add a single link on the article. This causes additional unnecessary clicks and causes inconvenience to the user of the Help Center. The other option is to use custom code or API to populate the articles, but this requires a code skill level higher than a lot of standard users.

Ideally, there would be the ability to switch the editor to a feature that allows the user to:

• Identify destination URL
• Display text
• Open in new window/tab or same window/tab
• Keep the article settings available as would be with a standard article
