Our company has just purchased zendesk. We are now tasked with migrating the content from our current supporting website into guide articles.
We would really like to maintain a similar level of navigation from our old website. So far we've created a theme and have edited various files and css to fit our brand guidelines.
What I'm keen to know is if we can create custom web pages using this system?
We use our supporting site to announce updates, host video guide libraries and other forms of support as well as just documentation so were were keen to set this up as basic web pages.
Is this possible at all using the 'Edit code' feature on the theme? I've also noticed the 'Add new template' feature. Could that provide a solution with a bit of fiddling in the code?
Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
We have announced the release of Custom Pages in Help center, and the rollout to enterprise accounts is starting today :)
I'm happy to inform you that creating custom pages is on our roadmap and estimated for a release in Q4 2021.
We are not planning an EAP, but are more likely to go straight to GA with it.
Looking forward to this! Will there be an EAP for this as well?
