    Thanks for sharing your feedback. The Gather product team is working on some features around rewards and recognition, and we'll be sure to share this with them. I know leaderboards are on their radar, though that may be an element of rewards and recognition that comes a little way down the road.

    If we don't, can you share a partner of Zendesk that offers this solution (Leaderboard and Gamification)?

    Hi Lucas -

    The product team tells us that while they are aware of requests around gamification and leaderboards, there are other functionalities that are higher priority for most customers. So, it's something they do hope to do in the future, but it is not planned for development in the current cycle.

    I can't recommend a specific partner, but I know there are there are several who would be able to build something like it for you. You can check out the Zendesk Marketplace for listings of our official partners.

    If any other users have worked with any of our development partners and have suggestions, please feel free to share your experiences!

    We are also really looking forward to a gamification feature. It would be a great tool to increase engagement while making the community fun.

    While the Leaderboard feature is not available on Zendesk Gather. Could someone recommend if they the have externaly linked the same.


    Also, Zendesk Team is there a way to easily display the users who have received the top badges.

    Hello -- Bumping this up:) How can we get this leaderboard, auto badging, points, ranks etc?  I'm not clear on how a community platform doesn't have this basic capability.  Looks like it's been requested for some years. 

    Any progress? successful integration examples??  Any guidance & insights would be helpful.

    Unfortunately, it is not on our roadmap to implement End User facing Leaderboards. This data is available for admins and agents in Explore. Read more Analyzing community activity with Explore

    You can do a custom implementation of leaderboard using our public community API.
