When the customer wants to add a comment below our HelpCentre articles, they should register and log in.
GDPR vise if the customer add their first name we do not have any to do.
But if they should log in with their ful name we should handle those account GDPR vise.
I think it would be good if Zendesk can change this in the future, will be so useful for everybody.
