    Hey Chris!

    Have you looked into organization tags? You can tag organizations which will tag all tickets that are created by users in an organization.

    This does not tag users like you mentioned, but it allows you to route tickets created by users in an organization based on a tag.

    I did get that figured out after posting this. Was a bit of trial and error but it's working good now. Thank you for the response.
