Answer Bot / Messaging - Direct Transfer to Custom Form and Groups
It would be very helpful to be able to have the ability to designate if the transfer in Flow to go to a specific form and group.
Right now you are only able to use fields so a workaround is to have a field that can be called that would then fire a trigger to get the ticket to a specific form and/or group, however this creates a lot of extra work and clutters the triggers and form fields.
It would be ideal if within the configuration of the step you can set the Group and Ticket Form used. The next step would be to filter the available fields to serve to be relevant to those that are on the form to create less clutter - however, with the search feature this is a lower priority in my opinion.
The Form designation could be located above the fields options and the Group designtation could be located within the Transfer to Agent section.
Yes, it would be great if, we could present a message with link to a web form, web page, email address or phone number for certain choices after the bot flow choices and after in the transfer to agent form. This is important because of the 6 option limit in the select option step and are forced to add these to drop down choices in the transfer to agent form.
