Time format

Dear Zendesk, 

I don't car if it was a minute ago or yesterday, just give me the exact time stamp all the time or give me the option to toggle that feature. My human brain can't calculate "yesterday", and  hovering over "yesterday" to see the real time stamp is ludicrous.
