    Hey Eloy,
    You can definitely set voicemail for Inside and Outside of your business hours. In the Admin Center page under > Channels > Talk and email > Talk, go to the Lines tab and select the number you would like to modify. Go to the Voicemail tab and you should see the options below:

    Please note that this feature is only available for accounts that are currently subscribed to the Zendesk Suite Growth plan and higher or the Support Professional and Enterprise plan. This is because setting your schedule with business hours and holidays is a feature available in the said plans.
