I'd like to share some of my experience with Zendesk with you. I hope you can help me.
I found it extremely difficult to get help from customer support to fully configure Zendesk accordingly.
Right now, for example, I've spent the last 10 days trying to get meaningful instructions on how to buy a Talk line that allows me to use WhatsApp at the same time. Four agents later, I still can't use WhatsApp and I still don't have an answer.
It doesn't seem like agents are willing to do more than just send links to generic help center articles. Despite containing some answers, these articles sometimes have terms and processes that, for mid-day tech-savvy people like me, can be challenging.
There must be another way to make Zendesk work for us without having to rely on support agents or having to go through the entire process of setting up Zendesk on our own.
Simple functionality like sending emails or text messages or even using WhatsApp with Zendesk seems to take a lifetime just to get it working and unfortunately I don't have the time for that.
Can you help me find an alternative to help me fully configure Zendesk without having to do it myself?
Is there any marketplace where I can hire someone to help me with the technical part of it?
