Sell instance down for over a dayRespondida
Does anyone know how to get in touch with real Zendesk staff? My Zendesk Sell instance has been down for over a day.
- No updates from Support. Ticket sitting untouched for over a day
- "Sales representatives are not available" when I call
- "Our reception team is not available" when I call
Despite really liking this CRM, it's been nothing but problems with Zendesk. Provisioning our account took 6 weeks due to technical issues, and now... my account just disappeared in the middle of a work day!
Surely there is someone at Zendesk that can help me. If anyone knows how to get that done, let me know.

Still down, this is DAY 5. Apologies received from a sales rep, but no communication about status or progress.
