Agent's name changed automatically

    Hey Olivia,
     
    I've seen this happen if you use SSO to log agents into your account. The data from your Active Directory will sync over and change the name within your Support account if it doesn't match. I'd be curious to know if the name reverted back after the agent logged in again even after you corrected it.
