App limitations in the Zendesk Agent Workspace
I'm following the article here: https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/apps/getting-started/known-app-limitations/
It seems like for an application in the "ticket_sidebar" location, that we are unable to listen to any events in the chat window for zendesk workspaces.
Does Zendesk have any plans to start exposing those events to applications in the "ticket_sidebar" location?
The article you shared mostly references limitations around the "ticket_editor" location. Is there a specific error you're seeing when listening for events from the "ticket_sidebar" location?
