Hello Zendesk community,
So my company has been using Zendesk for a while now and have found it great for our needs with centralizing customer service communications between social media platforms.
Now this being said, we are looking to update and improve upon our login security on multiple platforms starting with Instagram/FB. We know Zendesk has it's own 2FA capabilities, but we were curious if there are any additional steps natively on Zendesk that we'd need to do in order to smoothly enable 2FA to our Instagram account, while retaining the functionality of the Zendesk integrations to our Instagram account.
