Hi! I have a suggestion regarding the notifications on Zendesk currently. Please add a chat assigned notification as I genuinely go insane hearing the queue notification all day. The chat message incoming notification is perfect, as I will know if my customer has responded. However, if my customer has left and I've been assigned a chat, I don't really know as there's no differentiation between the notifications. My suggestion is Chat request (if you care about the queue noise) Chat assigned request Incoming message The chat assigned request notification should be customisable like the other two. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately there are no plans on the roadmap to address this next year. If you're on the Agent Workspace, you may consider using automations to verify if the end user is still engaged before closing out the Chat.
