Can received and sent emails be visible on deal, contact and company ticket?
Every time I convert a lead into a deal, contact, and company, all emails keep syncing within one ticket - usually within a company ticket.
If the prospect's deal, contact, and company ticket have the same email address, is it possible to see the email combo within all 3 of them or it has to be visible only within 1 ticket by default?
If it has to be 1 ticket only - can I choose within which ticket those emails will be visible?
