Access to Zendesk extension application while using voice feature

    Hi Yurii,
    Just to confirm, are you saying that in order to access the nav_bar app you need to manually click on it via the nav bar or are you actually having to toggle multiple apps first in order to access it? 
    Also, are you using app.route.changed in your ticket sidebar app to redirect to the desired nav_bar location?

    Hi Erica!

    We need to toggle multiple apps. We are using with manually built URL to open nav_bar location from ticket sidebar in the new window. However, when performing this action without having a Voice call with a customer at the same time this functionality works properly.
