Block chat or delete chatRespondida
Do we have the option to auto-delete/block certain chat that contains sensitive words?
We have been getting unwanted messages in the chat, so I was wondering if there are any rules or automation that I could use in to block these sorts of incoming messages would be helpful.

You can create a trigger that looks at the content of the message sent and then block the visitor. It will not change the incoming chat request from coming through but it will terminate the session and prevent the visitor from chatting again.
If the messages are coming from a specific country that you do not do business in, you can also look at using the country deny list function in the Widget Security settings to block traffic from that one country.
