    Hi Nick,

    Thanks for sharing your question. Have you tried using chat triggers already to block the visitor? 

    If not, you can look at the trigger actions here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408842880282-Zendesk-Chat-triggers-conditions-and-actions-reference#topic_hxz_q5f_rhb

    You can create a trigger that looks at the content of the message sent and then block the visitor. It will not change the incoming chat request from coming through but it will terminate the session and prevent the visitor from chatting again. 

    If the messages are coming from a specific country that you do not do business in, you can also look at using the country deny list function in the Widget Security settings to block traffic from that one country.
