My profile and My activity in Zendesk support web site have always confused me.

I never remember what one shows my ticket requests, and what shows my stuff on help center and community.

Okay, it shows my requests. Also for some reason, my contributions and following. That seems like community or help center stuff, but okay.

Okay it shows my activity. Wait, my activity, did I click the wrong button? And it shows comments and Posts. Wait, whats the difference between my Contributions and Posts and Comments? And why are they on different pages? I can't look at both, I guess I can open each in a separate tab and try to compare what's what. 

Okay, My activity shows my ticket requests, but also some help center/community stuff. And My profile shows my activity, and also some help center/community stuff. 

I'll try to memorize it this time.

But it would be nice if things was just called what they are, and if related things where in related places.
