I was wondering if it is possible to check logs in Zendesk when updating a ticket in Teams or logging in to Zendesk from Teams.
Thanks for clarifying! If you're not already using it, our Explore platform should allow you to get most if not all of this data. All tickets created from Teams should have the tag ms_teams_created. You can use this as a filter to generate reports.
