Suggestion: Custom Live Chat Sound cue

Are you talking about the sound on the widget for your customers or the sound for the agents accepting the chats?

Hi Ramen,
I was just talking about when a chat it served to an agent, however, being able to do so with any sounds that is changeable in Zendesk would be great. Both served chats, and when a chat is received.

Thanks Braden. Agents can change the incoming chat request song to the 23 system sound options: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408821476378-Editing-your-chat-notification-settings#:~:text=From%20the%20dashboard%20select%20Settings,to%20enable%20or%20disable%20them.
If none of them meet your requirements for the sound notification, would love to learn what is missing. Currently, we have no immediate plans to offer support for custom sound notifications.
