Can I adjust an image attached on the text editor?

    Hi Tylon,

    If you are referring to the composer when agents are responding to Support tickets, it is possible to adjust inline image size by dragging/moving the image directly. This is for agents/internal users in your account.

    However, when end-users submits ticket (via the ticket form) in your help center, it is not possible to adjust the size of the image from there. You can add an 'attachment' button for them attach files then they can adjust the file size locally then attach it upon submitting the ticket.

    Thank you for the information. I hope someday an end user can adjust the image on the text editor as well.
