Clicking a hyperlink that opens an article within the widget
Hi. I’m looking to improve our quote journey and would like to be able to provide users with FAQ information without directing them away from the journey in a new tab, to look through Help Centre articles. I’m hoping there is a way to open an FAQ within the Zendesk widget after clicking on a hyperlink. Has anyone any ideas on how to do this please? Thanks in advance!

Hi Daniel! Have you been utilizing the knowledge capture app or answer bot? It suggests search related articles/FAQ topics and the info from those is showcased right within the widget view.
