Is it possible for you to provide the link of article where you are facing this, on the meantime please add the below CSS at the bottom of your style.css 

.article-body img {
    height: auto;
    max-width: 100%;
}

Thanks Pulkit Pandey I added the code but saw no changes. Also for information in the guide editor the size is already wrong. Here is the link to an article with the issue

In Confluence, try resetting the image to its original size, then entering the desired size in pixels. Avoid using the small, medium, or large sizer buttons.
