Pass data from app to flowbuilder
Currently we are developing a flow in zendesk, where we want to show the data from an secured api in chat. So we will be having that data in our app, is there a way i can read the customer input in app and send the data from app to flow builder to show the response in chat instead of making api call from flow builder.

The only way to retrieve data from an external source is through Make an API call. Does the app you're referring to have a public API to retrieve the data from?
