Is there a problem with zd:agentWorkspace

I'm creating switchboard integration for Zendesk with payload like this

"integrationType":"zd:agentWorkspace",

"deliverStandbyEvents":false,

"messageHistoryCount":10

}

and I'm receiving

"Could not find an integration matching the provided integrationType"

does this integrationType still active?
