Missing Article in Zendesk

When searching for the article Recovery of compromised de-identified accounts, it does not appear while in Zendesk, additionally, when the pop-up for which article helped me resolved this issue, the article is also not found.

This sounds like it may be a question for your own Zendesk administrators as it sounds like this is a specific issue with an article in your own Zendesk instance. If this is actually a product issue, please provide us a bit more context and we'd be happy to assist!

Hey,
I have shared this issue with my colleagues as well, and they also do not see the article anywhere. When we search for the article in the widget at the right, the article does not show up. Also when we search for it when solving a case it does not show up, so we cannot pick it as the article which helped resolve the player's issue.

Unfortunately this is really only something that can be solved by your own company's Zendesk administrators based on your description of the issue. If they find that this is a product issue, please have them open a support ticket and we can take a closer look.
