When I use the article editor, I can only type text into just over 1/4 of the screen. The enormous header and article settings sidebar are immovable and don't need to be nearly that big - what I need is a larger text box in which to type, not a huge and un-collapsible header. 

Can this be reviewed? This is particularly user un-friendly and can easily be solved be being able to collapse the header and the settings sidebar.
