    Hi there! Could you share the guide where you saw this information? As far as I'm aware, we don't have any events for inbound calls from our voice product...the closest that we have is for outbound calls, when you're signed up for Talk Partner Edition. As it stands, without that logic, the rest of this is not possible, so if you could point me in the direction of that guide, I may be able to figure out where they were going with this!
