    I would recommend having your customer reach out to us directly if they're using our software so we can dig into this with them. They can use the following steps for contacting our Customer Care team: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support
    If you have a ticket # that they have already created, feel free to share it here and I will take a look to see why they haven't received a response back.
