Embedded Web Chat not creating Ticket

For months we've been using the Embedded Web Chat to receive message from our Customers via Ticket, until lately we were not able to receive any new Tickets using the Embedded Chat. I already checked the release notes and even followed the setup to see if there are any changes but unfortunately I can't find whats causing the problem.
Attached is a screenshot of a news related to our problem via status.zendesk, its says that the issue has been fixed, but we are still experiencing the same issue.

I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team using these instructions: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408843597850-Contacting-Zendesk-Customer-Support
They'll be able to take a look at your account and figure out what's going on with Chat.
