Google Tag Manager Events Zendesk Messaging
We changed to the new version of Zendesk. In the previous version, the interaction with the chat were available as events in the Google Tag Manager event stream with a datalayer push.
I don't see this functionality coming back in the Zendesk Messaging. Is it on the roadmap? Or any other way we can track the interactions?

Google analytics support for Zendesk Messaging is on our roadmap and it's something we are considering for next year.
I've added your feedback to our internal insights tracker as this will help us with prioritization of our roadmap features.
