Talk Outbound Is Not Working
RespondidaIs anyone else paying for outbound talk services and unable to dial outbound? I have submitted multiple support tickets without resolution. Now it appears Support is closing my tickets as "Solved" without fixing the issue. I can't tell if this is a fraudulent employee of Zendesk or if the larger organization is attempting to scam me.
Any insight into this would be helpful.

It appears that your inquiry is related to Zendesk Sell, not Talk. They are not the same service. Please post your question here so they can better assist you.
Jahn Bronilla, please tag the customer's ticket to Sell.

Unfortunately, I've tried all of these and I am still getting a blocked message. See below...
When I contact support, they do not respond and/or mark my tickets as "Solved". Im just trying to figure this out for my company and follow up Zendesk is asking me to do.

Also to clarify, I have never been able to dial outbound locally from my Sell account and do not believe I even have a phone number established with my account yet - contrary to the following help article.
