put a pause in between the step 'show help ' and 'ask if question is resolved'

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Currently, the bot does not support 'Wait for Response'. For the list of steps the bot supports today, you can refer to this article.

    I have captured this for future roadmap consideration.

    I have the same issue, there is no 'delay action' option to add between message blocks. The customer is not given time to respond to the first message block before the next message blocks fire
