    This is the expected behavior because it's designed to maintain the same conversation for the end user. It will only restart before you CLOSE the conversation.

    You can modify this setting in Messaging > (select the Web Widget you are using) > Authentication, but this setting doesn't work very well yet...

    If you are testing, I recommend doing it in an incognito window. To do this, ensure that the help center is activated. Close the incognito window and open it again every time you wish to start a new conversation.
