    Hey Nathalia, 

    Can you select the drop-down option next to  Tickets requested (0) and see if there's any tickets that the user is CC'd on?  I'm thinking that is why it's showing 1 ticket under the users profile which is expected behavior.

    Getting the same error message but with me, it has number 2 on the requested ticket but nothing

    We noticed that you have submitted a separate conversation, and our team is already handling this inquiry. We would suggest continuing this on the ticket to further check the issue, and you should receive a notification moving forward once our team responds to the ticket conversation that you have submitted.

    Appreciate the update it has been more than 3 days now and our end users' customers are getting frustrated is there a way to have this one expedited or even looked at?
