Our support email is being cc'd in on all tickets

For some odd reason, our main support email which customers use to contact us, is also being added as a CC on newly created tickets. 

I've checked our triggers and can't see why this would be added.

I would share a screenshot but there doesn't seem to be that option on here anymore.

I hope you're doing well. If you're using an external email as your support address and haven't added it to your Support account, this might be the reason for the issue you're experiencing. To resolve this, please ensure that you have added the external email as a Support address by following the steps outlined in this article: Adding support email addresses for users to submit tickets. If you've already done this and the problem persists, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team for further assistance.
