Embedding links in proactive messaging via web widgets

Embedding links in text: It would be great to be able to hyperlink/embed links in proactive messages. Currently, there is a limit to the # of characters in the message which is mostly taken up by the link since we cannot embed it. Its also a cleaner look to be able to hyperlink/embed the link.
