Support 中的视图不会自动刷新,您可以使用以下选项:
- 您可以在 Chrome 商店中使用可自动刷新浏览器会话的第三方应用。Zendesk 不支持这些应用。
- 另一种解决方案是从一个视图单击到另一个视图,这会刷新所有视图。
- 您也可以使用“刷新按钮手动刷新视图。
当您的专员使用 Play 模式时,视图每五分钟刷新一次,确保视图顶部的新工单得到快速处理。

Agreed, tbh, we are considering moving if this is not part of an update. It's a joke if they can't see the importance of SLAs. Using Play for a 'refresh every 5 mins', gees.. That is not a valid response.

Agreed, this is essential for our workflows that we have something like this to work so that agents aren't constantly refreshing their screens to keep up with the unassigned queues.

That's not a bad idea! If you can give me more details on how that would work, I can try to add that in.
For example, would it only play a sound for tickets updated in the current filter/view you are in?
Or would it play a sound any time the ticket # displayed next to the filter/view names incremented?
