HTML formatting in emails

Hi

I want to be able to send beautifully HTML formatted emails from Zendesk Sell - Or at least have the same editor as in Zendesk Support.

Being able to format emails and use them in Sequences would be mega awesome.

    I second this! Email chains in the way they are shown in Sell currently; where you have to click to drop down each individual email rather than being able to scroll down the whole chain (like you can in support) is counter productive. 

     

    Please make Sell emails the same as support!

    Seria de mucha utilidad poder administrar el HTML de los correos que envia Sell (tal como es en support), actualmente es imposible, en especial los que manda al equipo de trabajo. 

    Me pregunto: Porque tenemos que ver los datos de Zendesk, tales como correo, logo y etc??? porque no puedo usar los datos de mi empresa. Es muy arbitrario de parte de Zendesk que no permita hacer esta configuración tan sencilla!!!
