Create dependency ticket fields

I would like to create a field called category and a field called subcategory. The subcategory field may only show fields that belong to one category. eg. category is "Color" and the subcategories can only be Red, Green and Blue. If I choose a different category, eg car brand, I can only choose Volvo, VW, etc.

      I create a ticket with this question and the answer was that is not possible. So I create this item. I can solve this with the solution you mentioned. Please close this thread! Thanks.

      Hi Marco van Bergeijk

      You can achieve this with different tools depending on your Zendesk plan and features:

      1. You DO have multiple forms and Conditions - use conditional fields to make fields dependent. 
      2. You DO NOT have multiple forms and Conditions - use drop-down field for categories grouping
