Error message when solving tickets without replying

I recently integrated AppFollow into Zendesk but now I'm getting an error message when trying to solve tickets without replying. This is happening on tickets that are from other Social Media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.

The error message appears in the upper right-hand corner:

App Reviews by AppFollow
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')
 
 
The ticket I'm trying to solve has nothing to do with AppFollow; the tickets is a tweet from Twitter so I don't understand how the AppFollow integration is interfering.
 
What does this error message mean and how can I fix it?

      Hey Colin-Pierre,

      I don't think the community is monitored by the AppFollow team (who created the app). I'd suggest reaching out to them at their contact email.
